Michelle Bouey

Michelle Bouey, singer/songwriter/actor, hails from Charlottetown, PEI. Since her graduation from the Music Theatre program at Sheridan College, she has been busy on a number of fronts. Some of her favourite credits include (theatre): Frenchy in “Grease” (Winter Garden Theatre), Dorothy in “Wizard of Oz” (Grand Theatre), Mimi Marquez in “RENT” (Panasonic Theatre), Jasmine in “Aladdin: The Panto” (Drayton Entertainment). Film/TV: “The Moblees” (CBC), “Odd Squad” (PBS/TVO), “The Handmaid’s Tale “(MGM/Hulu), “Japanizi: Going, Going, Gong!” (YTV/DisneyXD), and Top Ten on “Over The Rainbow” (CBC). Michelle is currently recording and writing her own music, with new material due out soon. Her singles “Why Did I Stay?” & “Limited”  are on Itunes, Spotify, and several other social media platforms; as well as her debut Music Visual , which is on YouTube. She was also nominated for a Juno award  with The Moblees. You can catch her next performing in the world premiere of “Rose,” at Soulpepper Theatre.
