What is UnCovered?
Now in its 14th edition, UNCOVERED is The Musical Stage Company’s annual signature concert event. Normally held annually at Koerner Hall in Toronto, UnCovered: Notes From The Heart will be offered digitally in 2020.
This first-ever digital UNCOVERED concert will allow the company to introduce audiences around the world to this signature event. Professionally filmed and recorded, this made-for-digital evening will include an acclaimed mix of artists with a professional band led by the incomparable Reza Jacobs.
What will the concert entail?
Featuring the same high-quality arrangements, orchestrations, sound, and musicianship that audiences have come to expect from UNCOVERED live, UNCOVERED: NOTES FROM THE HEART will be an up close and personal audio & visual feast, taking you into the worlds and hearts of Canada’s finest artists.
UNCOVERED: NOTES FROM THE HEART will be recorded professionally with an audio engineer in one of Toronto’s acoustically stunning recording studios.
What is the length of the Concert?
Approximately 65 minutes, without an intermission. The evening will include 10 pre-recorded musical performances featuring an acclaimed mix of artists with a professional band led by the incomparable Reza Jacobs.
Why are there multiple performance dates?
Nothing beats audiences coming together, sitting in a dark theatre with like-minded peers as you watch and enjoy a theatrical experience together. Our hope is to keep some of this theatre magic intact by offering a set schedule where patrons choose a unique date and time to enjoy the concert. We will have a live chat and will be actively engaging with patrons on the evening of their choice, just like we would in a physical theatre.
In addition, our annual UNCOVERED concert is a cherished tradition for groups or corporations alike. To continue to offer unique and innovative group offerings, we have capped the number of patrons to 100 tickets per night.
What is an access code or 'digital pass'?
When you purchase a ticket through Ticketspice (our online ticketing provider and digital theatre) you will receive a unique 9 digit access code. This code will be linked to your IP address and cannot be shared outside of your household. You can find you access code by searching you email for the subject line “Ticket Confirmation – UnCovered: Notes from the Heart” in your email, or by clicking here.
Where do I enter my access code from Ticketspice? or I lost my access code from Ticketspice!
You will enter your unique 9 digital access code here. There is an option at the bottom of the page to re-email you with your access code if you cannot find it in your email.
I had already purchased tickets to UnCovered: Elvis & Dolly, What happens to my tickets?
If you had previously purchased a group for UNCOVERED: ELVIS & DOLLY, a Musical Stage Company representative will be in touch via email to refund or exchange your tickets. Questions? Please contact ticketing@musicalstagecompany.com
Will I only be able to watch the concert once?
Yes, each ticket gives the patron a unique video link for their performance date of choice. Once the concert has finished, the video will no longer be available to patrons.
What are the technical requirements for viewing the streamed concert?
Access to a computer with an internet connection. The streamed video will be online and does not require any additional applications.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy is always to exchange/offer a future show credit over a refund. If a Patron misses the show for any reason, we would rebook them for another performance date/time or offer them a complimentary ticket for a different virtual performance. Only in very extreme cases would we refund an entire order.
My computer / internet won't connect and I've missed my concert date, what now?

Will the stream be available to watch after the online curtain time?
The link we provide you with prior to your show date will go live at your designated show time (for example, 8PM EST) regardless of where you are watching from. Once the concert has finished, the video will no longer be available to patrons. If you have any technical issues or errors, please email ticketing@musicalstagecompany.com
Can I request a specific UnCovered performer for my pre-show party?
We are happy to take your requests but unfortunately cannot guarantee artists’ availability for your requested date. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a maximum number of guests permitted to join my pre-show party?
It’s up to the hosts. We recommend a minimum of 8 participants, but no maximum!
