Announcing our 20th Anniversary Season
A Musical Stage Company Production
Creative Direction by Kevin Wong
The rumours are true. The Musical Stage Company’s 17th annual UnCovered concert is back this November to spotlight the music of two of the most influential bands of the past 50 years, Fleetwood Mac & The Eagles!
From the iconic harmonies, soaring vocals, and tumultuous relationships of Fleetwood Mac to the raw hard-hitting rhythm and country-rock sound of The Eagles, the music of these two legendary artists has left an indelible mark on the music industry. Hit songs like “Rhiannon”, “Desperado”, “Hotel California”, and “Landslide,” have become a cultural soundtrack to life’s most significant moments.
With imaginative arrangements and orchestrations by Kevin Wong and featuring award-winning Canadian artists who have graced international stages and screens, UNCOVERED: FLEETWOOD MAC & THE EAGLES promises to be an incredible experience for fans, old and new.
A Crow’s Theatre and Musical Stage Company Co-Production
Crow’s Theatre and The Musical Stage Company present the long-awaited Canadian premiere of the Broadway phenomenon NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 by Dave Malloy. This 12-time Tony-nominated musical delivers a radically contemporary and moving take on Tolstoy’s War and Peace. Its audacious storytelling and groundbreaking score mixes indie rock, pop, folk, electronic dance, and classic Broadway music.
Winner of two Tony Awards, three Lucille Lortel Awards, the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best New Musical, a Special Obie Citation, and the Richard Rodgers Award for Musical Theater, NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 is “the most innovative and the best new musical to open on Broadway since Hamilton” (The New York Times).
